The villa has four spacious bedrooms, private pool beautiful gardens and wifi.
The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, it has its own en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower, toilet and sink.
Second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, en-suite bathroom, wardrobes.
The third bedroom a triple single bed, built in wardrobes.
All bedrooms have airco, wardrobes and windows. Bed linen is provided.
In the living room there are sofas, television, a fireplace for the colder winter months, dining room table and chairs.
A separate studio with twin bed, bathroom, kitchen.

The house enjoys the Andalusian sunshine all day long. With only a few other houses nearby, it is a peaceful place dominated by tranquility and quietness. No hustle and bustle of cars or rushed people, but rolling landscapes with almond and olive trees and the bells of strolling goats and singing birds in the background. With the Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama Nature Park around the corner and the Zafarraya Pass and the Viñuela lake right in the vicinity, nature here is impressively present. From the terraces around the house you can even see the sea in the distance, glittering in the sunlight.
The property is easily accessible from the main roads.
You enjoy peace and quietness, yet the vibrant village center of Alcaucín is reached in only a few minutes by car. Here are several bars and restaurants and some grocery stores for your small purchases. Large supermarkets and a shopping center can be found in Velez-Malaga (20 minutes by car).
The villa is located in the Axarquia region, in the heart of Andalusia, and is the perfect starting point for a varied holiday.
The Axarquia counts no less than 31 authentic white villages. Mass tourism is not known here, although it may become quite busy in the more famous places (like Frigiliana). The villages are interconnected by 5 different theme routes. Great to explore such a route and to discover Spanish life this way. Do not take a picnic on the road, but stop at one of the numerous bars or restaurants to enjoy the taste of local cuisine for little money. Each village has its own charm, but you really should not miss Frigiliana, El Acebuchal and Comares.
The beach is not far away, only half an hour by car. Fortunately, this part of the Costa del Sol was more or less saved from high-rise concrete buildings and still has a pristine feeling. From Malaga to Nerja, the coast consists of wide sandy beaches, with nice seaside resorts like Pedregalejo, El Palo, Torre Del Mar and of course Nerja itself. Further to the east, the coast gradually becomes rockier and sandy beaches make way for small intimate bays with a mixture of sand pebbles.
Lively cultural cities such as Granada and Malaga can be reached in an hour. Antequera is a relatively unknown pearl in the center of Andalusia, but worth a day trip, whether or not combined with a surprising walk through the El Torcal Natural Park. Magic cities like Ronda, Cordoba and Seville are also easily accessible via the excellent road network.
Plenty of dirt paths through beautiful nature invite you to hiking and mountain biking. Road cyclists can conquer the steep mountain slopes or can choose for more easy riding on the flatter roads in the valleys. But also facilities for horse riding, canyoning, caving, golf, kayaking, 4x4 tours or water sports can be found nearby. Or what about a day of winter sports in the Sierra Nevada? In springtime it is fantastic to enjoy skiing in the mountains and sun at the beach at the same time.
And in the evening, after another exciting trip in magnificent Andalucia, it is wonderful to spend some time on one of the terraces of this property. With a glass of wine and in good company, or with a good book, enjoying the deafening silence and twinkling starry sky.
